FRAMEWORK FOR COOPERATION AND ALLOCATION OF TRADING CAPITAL

Article 1. Nature of Cooperation

This is a cooperation agreement for the allocation of capital to trading activities in the international financial market (Forex).

This agreement is not a savings deposit contract, loan agreement, or profit-guarantee product.


Article 2. Purpose of Capital Use

Capital allocated by the Participating Party will be used for Forex trading activities according to the system's capital management and risk management strategy.


Article 3. Performance and Result Allocation

The system establishes target performance levels according to its operating policy to guide capital growth.

The allocation results for the Participating Party depend on:

Market conditions

Actual trading performance

Market liquidity

The allocation level may be adjusted according to the actual situation to ensure overall safety.

Article 4. Investment Risk

Participants acknowledge:

Understanding that financial transactions involve risks

Short-term capital fluctuations are possible

Past performance does not guarantee future results

The risk management system exists but cannot completely eliminate market risk

Article 5. Risk Management & Adjustment Mechanism

In the event of significant market volatility or unfavorable liquidity, the system has the right to:

Adjust trading strategies

Adjust the level or cycle of result allocation

Adjust the processing time for withdrawal requests

The objective is to protect the Fund structure and ensure long-term operation.


Article 6. Liquidity & Withdrawal Request Processing

Participating capital is operated within the trading system, therefore withdrawal processing is carried out according to the operating cycle.

In unfavorable market conditions, the processing time may be adjusted to avoid negative impacts on the entire capital structure.

Article 7. Disclaimer of Profit Guarantee

The two parties agree that:

The performance policy is an operational guideline and does not constitute an obligation to pay fixed profits under all market conditions.

Transparency in operations

Priority in preserving the Fund structure

Article 9. Participant Confirmation

Participants confirm:

✔ A thorough understanding of the nature of financial investment

✔ Not relying on any absolute profit guarantee
